1. Return Window

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, only if eligible.

2. Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged on arrival.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product is defective.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

3. Non‑Returnable Items

  • Personal care consumables.
  • Customised products.
  • Items marked as “non‑returnable” on the product page.

4. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@onemauka.com with order details and issue description.
  2. Provide photos/video evidence (mandatory for damage/defect claims).
  3. Pickup will be scheduled by our courier partner.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality check.
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

6. Replacement

Replacements are subject to stock availability.
