1. Return Window
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, only if eligible.
2. Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged on arrival.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product is defective.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
3. Non‑Returnable Items
- Personal care consumables.
- Customised products.
- Items marked as “non‑returnable” on the product page.
4. Return Process
- Email us at support@onemauka.com with order details and issue description.
- Provide photos/video evidence (mandatory for damage/defect claims).
- Pickup will be scheduled by our courier partner.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality check.
- Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
6. Replacement
Replacements are subject to stock availability.
